Goods are NOT supplied on a trial basis except where explicitly stated or where covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for any particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability for your application with the manufacturer before ordering. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract. Claims for damage, non-functioning and mis-shipped items must be made here within seven days of receipt of goods. You must use any manufacturer warranty provided.
Payment
Goods are supplied on a strictly 'Cash
with Order' basis. Orders may be placed online, where payment is accepted by
credit card via the PayPal service.
Alternatively payment may be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank in Pounds
sterling, and sent with order by post. Allow 7 working days for cheque
clearance. See the order form on the shopping cart for postage details.
Warranty
In addition to any manufacturer's
warranty, all products, except consumables and input devices, are covered by our
own 12 month return to base warranty.
Returns
In the first instance send email
here giving the
invoice number, details of the product and the problem. If it is agreed that the
goods should be returned then an RMA number will be issued. NO RETURNS ARE
ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. If you require a credit or refund you must
return goods in their original packing and please use an insured delivery
service. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. A restocking
fee of 25% is charged on returns which prove to be non-defective unless they are
subject to the Distance Selling Regulations.
Distance Selling Regulations
This legislation covers items bought
where there is no direct contact between the customer and the supplier. It does
not apply where goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, or
exhibitions. Consumers may return goods, with the exception of goods made to
customer specifications, or software, within 7 days of receipt for a full
refund. Goods returned must be complete and in a resalable condition including
original packaging. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods
will be borne by the customer. If you wish to return goods under the above
